Geoff McQueen is a four-time founder and 20-year veteran of the startup trenches, now founder and CEO of WorkSights AI, a continuous performance intelligence platform that gives leaders back the visibility they had when their company was ten people, at any size.

Across his prior startups he has helped more than 5,000 businesses succeed. He founded and scaled Accelo, which ran the core operations for professional services firms moving billions in work through it, to a private equity exit in early 2024. Earlier he co-founded Omnidrive, the cloud storage startup TechCrunch called "online storage perfection," and grew the digital agency Internetrix from his apartment to hundreds of clients and a partnership with Google.

An Australian who dropped out of an engineering degree to start his first company, Geoff spent 15 years building in San Francisco and Denver, and has spent over a decade as an investor and mentor at Startmate, Australia's equivalent to Y Combinator. In July of 2026 he moved with his wife and three daughters back to Australia, where he continued to be heavily involved in supporting the next generation of world-class Australian entrepreneurs.
